MARIE CDrop off was on Sunday, they were closed. Again, the app wouldn't load, so I dropped the keys off and left. I had originally ordered a ten foot truck. THere was not one available so a representative called me and upgraded the truck for "free" to a 20' truck. I was charged for the 20 foot truck. Overall not an easy or convenient experience

Corey BStaff at location went out of their way to supply the trailer size I ordered. Saturday morning staff did not show up for work. Uhaul regional office called me did the contract and I did a self service hook up. As I was about to leave a staff member arrived, 2 hours after scheduled pickup and helped resolve my own wiring issue.

RUSSELL DNot much can be done to improve. They were very professional and courteous. That's a great place. I picked up there before and dropped off there before. It's a good location. Matthew is very helpful. He helped correct the location that I wanted to drop it off at after I picked it up and we couldn't see it on the list. He fixed it after I left.

I did not appreciate having to travel 60 miles round trip to pick up my truck and them not having everything that was requested. I know that U-Haul used to make sure that everything was available at your pick up location even if you had to ship it in from another dealer.

Brian WM&D was very helpful and courteous. However, I am extremely upset with Uhaul. I ordered our truck over a month in advance. 3 days before pickup I received an email confirming our truck. When I arrived M&D was not provided the truck by Uhaul and Uhaul said they didn't have a reservation. I logged into the app and even showed them the reservation along with the confirmation email. On an emotional day of moving our parents into Asstd Living, Uhaul increased our anxiety. I will not recommend nor use them in the future.

Linda HThe original place to pick up was B &G in Weatherford OK . When showing up to the site the truck wasn’t there . Confirmed a couple days in advance. Had to drive 45 mins to get one . Moving was to start at 9 am, didn’t get to start until 12 pm . Also the truck had to be jump started every time it was turned off . We were scheduled to have it 2 days .. when it got rescheduled to another location we were only allowed for 1 day
Andy AWe had a horrible experience with our original booking that has left a very poor impression of U-Haul and it's booking process. We booked to pick up at King's Inn, Elk City, OK. We stopped by on Friday morning to confirm everything was setup, only to be told there was no truck available for our Saturday morning rental. We were informed there might not be a truck available until possibly Sunday morning. After several calls and repeated transfers, we finally reached an individual (Kelly) who was most helpful in solving our problem. We ended up traveling 40 miles to pickup a truck that was available in Weatherford, OK. I chose the King's Inn because your website show guaranteed availability. It was not the agent's fault that the promised equipment was not available. The first two people we dealt with on the phone seemed unconcerned that our arrangements had fallen thru. My opinion of U-Haul is not a good one at this point. We had arrangements for help to load the truck and unload at our destination, all of which were in limbo for several hours on Friday, and caused much stress due to the uncertainty of equipment availability. To top it all off, the truck was extremely rough riding and the front right fender was so loose the headlight actually shook as I was driving. This not my first U-Haul rental but it fell far short of my previous experiences, disappointment is a major understatement with regards to the whole experience.
