i didn’t like having to wait for the u-haul, when i got there I had to talk to someone on the man ‘s cell phone where the truck was located,. He kept asking me questions and, we had to do everything, take a picture of this, that, gas and where it is located, the man did nothing but give me his cell phone to talk to somebody somewhere. i thought after i gave all my information to reserve the u-haul, i didn’t have to wait at least 1 hour to finally get it!

I had to wait for the pick up site to open. It opened 15 minutes late. Then I had answer all of the questions I already answered on the app. Also, $1.29/mile is a rip off.
