We were informed the day before we were to pick up our truck that the size we reserved was not available. The customer representative was unapologetic as well as their supervisor. Once I got through to corporate office they were helpful and polite. We had to take a smaller truck and fortunately we had a pickup of our own so we were able to keep our plans in tact. It's important to let folks know a confirmation only confirms reservation and not availability of particular truck requested.

Because I was late picking up according to the random pickup time that dispatch had set for, the manager/owner said he could not meet me until later because he had a hair appointment. He said he was the only employee there from 8-5 but had made a hair appointment at 9:15 in the morning when I was supposed to be there at 8:30. Said it wasn't his fault that I was running behind.

straiten out your reservations system, the gentelman working there said the original reservation was for a local meaning I would have to return it to him which was 3 hours away. I didn't have a site to drop off the trailer listed on the paperwork, I remembered a site near me that I had used reciently and dropped it there. I was charged an extra $ 244 . NOT ACCEPTABLE

Thank you M&M I would have been in trouble if they had not been open during the holidayifMy original reservation was at C&D storage, who were closed.I did not receive any notice. My team and I drove several hours to the C&D location, just to find that they were closed.I called U- Haul and the young lady helped us find another location. We had to drive over 30 mile out of our way, putting the move behind, which caused an extra day.She also told me I would be compensated.Thanks for your consideration. Please send email of compensation.
