I had to call and get a refund since I was overcharged when uhaul was returned before return dates still waiting on refundMegan B.
If there is no one to check you in, will lie about condition you returned truck in. Added $25 to bill to cut of a lock that he said didn't belong to u-haul but said u-haul on it from u-haul where truck was picked up. Then claimed truck was filthy when the only thing in it was the blankets they left in truck but I didn't ask for. I called the main line when I got the truck and they said don't open them. Leave in truck so I wouldn't get charged. Make sure you check in with a person or they will make up lies.TABITHA B.

Being a first time u haul renter I didn't know anything about the vehicle! I just kinda learned little bits as I went. He should've done a walk through of do's and don't. He was like well there is your truck, keys are in it and he just took off for an appointment! It was a pain to get out of the small driveway and not hit all the surrounding uhaul accessories and vehicles. I thought I may have put the wrong gas in it at one point, later found out I didn't, however I didn't know it took certain gas! I didn't understand the green bar mileage gig. The only way I could get green bars was to completely take my foot off the gas petal. He wasn't around when I called about questions. And he wasn't around when I returned the vehicle. Now I'm a state away and I don't understand the receipt or know if I still owe money on it?! I tried returning a call to him yesterday and got hung up on, and left a couple messages prior to drop off and never got a call back.Emily S.

Rented a truck one day and a tow dolly the next day. Got the quote for tow dolly on the same day as the truck rental. When it was time to pick up the tow dolly the quote price had went from $50 to $118. I am not a happy camper.Sandra J.
Was given a quote on a tow dolly one day went to get it the next day and it was more than double the amount. He couldn't explain the price hike. He had to charge what Uhaul said. But the first quote was for $50, then it jumped to $118 the next day. I'm not a happy camper.Sandra J.

Honestly, nothing at Mark's shop..he was awesome to speak with. The 15th when I came into the office to get a haul, he was very friendly, he helped us get the cheapest one, and when I forgot all about taking the U haul back on Wednesday the 20th, after I sent an email saying I would, he tried calling my cell phone and I didn't know, but he contacted me at work to see what was going on and when I told him I was sorry for not getting it back sooner and that I had sent an email, he was so nice and polite about everything..even when he got a hold of me at work, he could have been rude about me still having it, but he wasn't... he was awesome, he just said hey no problem, I was just trying to find out if everything was okay..great guy I would definitely use it againKristy A.

I had to wait for a hour after I got there to get the uhaul. Called me and say the truck was there but didn't tell me or called me to let me know he had to appointment come up. There was another guy there but he couldn't help me. If I would have know I had to wait a hour I would of did more packing the went to pick upDanita B.

Location was unkempt due to type of business but owner was informative and prompt. Truck was new and very clean. I would prefer taking the vehicle full of gas and returning it full of gas vs taking it with a 1/4 tank to be returned with 1/4 tank. Obviously, more likely to be returned with more gas than required. I returned it with 1/2 tank about 9 gal more than required.Harold S.

The gentleman in Fallcity Ne was very nice and helpful. But Uhaul as a business is dumb and shitty. I had a truck reserved a week ahead of time. I went to Sabetha Kansas to pick it up Friday the 24th of November and uhaul moved it to Junctioncity Ks. So then costing me more time and money by making me go to Fallcity Ne to get a truck. I will not be using uhaul again. I will say that gentleman in Fallcity Ne was very nice and me as much as he could.jason S.
