Kept having issues with the trailer lights. They would either flicker going down the road or completely shut off. I stopped numerous times to check my connections and everything looked good.

I have been using M&M Self Storage for many years, and whether I need a rental vehicle, trailer, or storage unit, the service is always a top notch and fits my needs exactly! I can't believe how easy it always is to talk to the owner and he is always so helpful. I highly recommend this place for your storage and U-Haul needs!

I have rented many trailers over the years; this is the best location I have encountered. Nice, helpful, listens, considerate, easy in and out location. Sadly, other U-Haul franchisees fail to follow M&M's model and/or the baseline for exceptional customer service it provides. In short, so many give the impression they don't want to be doing what they are doing. That is not the case here. U-Haul would have a better reputation and be a better company if it did. Throw them a bone as franchisees like this one keep you afloat, not because U-Haul has a monopoly on the self-moving market segment.

Both tires had dry rot and we had a blow out and both tires had to be replaced on side of the road in Texas Next day the shock broke and stranded us on the Knoxville freeway I would like a call to discuss compensation for multiple reasons ….. this was NOT ok and multiple safety issues

Although dust blew in under the door, everything was secure and undamaged.
