The right side light on the trailer was defective, and instead of them fixing it for us, they asked us to drive it ourselves to a different location to get it fixed. We were in a hurry and this delayed us a full hour.

It took over an hour to get help to drop off the truck. The instructions were not clear. The drop box for the keys were not easy to find. I called the uhaul and they put me on hold for almost 30 minutes. It was very frustrating

It was just one of those crazy days when if it could go wrong it would. Was given the wrong trailer, we finally got that straightened out, but was then abandoned by the employee helping me & was left to hitch the trailer to my truck by myself. It was a good thing I've around heavy equipment all my life & knew what I was doing. The depot center just needed more help to deal with other customers that morning than they had, & it showed. Personal service attention was a bit on the light side, that morning anyway.

Trailer was dirty, random trash, broken glass, had to clean it before using. I would upload a picture, but don’t see that as an option

when I called and make the arrangements, I told them I wanted the Sandy Ut area around early afternoon pick up . I received an email confirming the location and time which was in Sandy and then I receive a text message sending me to Murray Ut and at night, I called the number on the email they tell me that don't have those units at there place and tell me to call your customer service again. By the time I really found a place it was the 3rd place I was sent. That was very frustrating and then when we got there they did not want to hook it up for me. Me a woman I had to help the MAN hook the trailer up. NOt happy with your customer service for not sending us to right place in the first place and it took me twice the time to figure out where the heck we were suppose to go to get the trailer.

The app was difficult foe the after hours drop off. I had to take the picture of the return multiple times because it kept going back to the beginning instead of accepting the picture.

Didn't get any guidance from the person I picked it up from - just keys and go. Asked if there was anything I should know, got brushed off. For the record, would have been good to know: * How to open/close back * That no lock is provided * Where parking brake is * How light control works * That lights turn off automatically on a time (was very worried battery would die overnight due to that one) * That the blind spots are HUGE * Whether or not I need to follow truck-specific traffic directions (weigh stations, lane restrictions, specific pumps at gas stations, alternate paths at rest stops) I get this is old hat to a lot of people, but for my first time driving anything bigger than a car, it was stressful to learn on the go. Also, it feels pretty weird to rent equipment (dollys) but not be given any way to secure them safely.
