When I arrived to pickup my vehicle, it was not ready. It had a dead battery and had to be jumped to start. I was told that it was due to lights being left on but the battery was new and would charge quickly. Unfortunately it did not charge quickly and I ended up having to put a battery charger on it for approximately 4 hours before I could start it.LJay B.

There was some delay and confusion with the check in procedure on our second rental, but everything went fine when we checked in at the same place on our first rental, so it's difficult to provide a rating today.Emily J.
Give trucks to people with a full tank of gas. They don't have to worry about gas while moving and it makes it easier to fill when returning. When you only have a quarter tank and electronic docs that don't tell you how many gallons 1/4 is, you end up with people over filling and giving you back more gas than they got out with. Eventually I guess you will have that full tank.Michael V.

Fuel servicing fee of $30 is ridiculous. I drove 8 miles. The $9 for fuel is fine. If you rented trucks with full fuel tanks every time I could understand the fuel servicing fee. I bet if I were to rent the same truck today the fuel level would be where I left it. You pocket the fuel service fee and wait for the next customer to fill the truck for youjeffrey T.

I drove 12 miles and was charged for 3.5 gallons of gas. How does it get less than 4 miles a gallon? It was not where it stated it was on the fuel gage when I first got into it and I took a pic to show this, hence why it didn't reflect where the usage was after. Shady to have to fill it up from someone else's usage. I would never use this location again. The truck itself was dirty and ran like garbage. Again for 12 miles total of driving this was a horrible experience and I've used uhaul many times in the past.TYLER T.

They had to jump start truck. Said was a new battery and should be fine. Every time we turned off had to jump start. Didn't keep entire time reserved due to this which means our move was not completed. Also got penalty for nor refueling but didn't want to jump start in a gas station.NANCY H.

I was up-charged $10 for a dolly that I did not rent. I rented a 5x8 trailer to move out of state. Only when I looked at the email receipt later did I see the up-charge. Could it be an oversight? If there was a negative star rating I would give it.. I have never had to be on hold with a customer support person for an hour and five minutes until yesterday, the online portal to return the vehicle doesn't work at all which forces you to call customer support which I think I would have rather gotten shot in the knee than gone through that process... Also the cost of renting the vehicle was inaccurate on the website when I went to rent the truck.PAOLO D.
