The lady at the counter had to text pictures of my stuff to her boss, but he was unable to get the trailer dispatched. Wasted about an hour with that he said via text to the lady at the counter the website was down. Called the 1-800 number and they were able to dispatch me the trailer and I got the trailer out myself from there. Seems sketchy to do things that way

My left taillight was out and I couldn't get done what I needed to do i try to message roadside assistance but the app wouldn't let me finish the process
Toby HI rented a U-Haul for a move. I also added 2 dolly’s and furniture covers which were critical items. I wasn’t notified about them not having the additional items until after I paid. Couldn’t move anything so I basically paid for a U-Haul for nothing. Even though I was refunded for the missing items, the truck was unusable so I returned it. I am very disappointed with the service.

Francheskia MM&N Shop changed my reservation and charged me $100 more than what I made my reservation for without my approval. I am extremely upset about this and the whole process was terrible. It took me an hour to pickup the truck and I was the only person there. The truck cab smelled like cat pee.
