I have no concern abou the location. Returning the device after hours was a really tough. I had to spend almost an hour in trying to return the truck. The uhaul app was not at all responding, when I try to attach pictures as needed by the app.SHEETAL J.

This place was awful! I wasn't treated like a paying customer at all and couldn't believe how unorganized the entire experience was. U-Haul in general completely disappointed me and I don't think I will be renting anything from them again in the future. Nor will I be referring them to anyone that I know. I sent an email expressing my concerns and didn't even get any sort of response back. There was also a concern with the final amount due after I returned the truck and on my account it said that they would contact me in 48 hours to discuss the issue. Well what do you know, nobody contacted me at all and they just went ahead and charge my account anyway. This was the worst experience and the location that I rented the vehicle from completely lacked customer service skills of any kind!Aaren T.

I picked up my rental through the app, so it's not really fair to rate the pick up location since there was no interaction. The truck was clean, the area was clean and felt safe, I just wished they had included the Utility Dolly I requested, but oversights and accidents are an acceptable part of life.Rodney S.

I used the mobile check in and apparently it did not work even though my screen had a big "THANK YOU" at the bottom of the page. Uhaul called me this morning asking if I had trouble with the check in and I said no. Minutes later I received my final bill with 2 days worth of charges and the $20 fee for after hours check in. I called the UHaul location and they told me I didn't check it in correctly and they don't handle billing. I will not be using UHaul in the future and the customer service was extremely rude when I talked to the service representative and they indicated I would not get a refundEric O.

The rental place was very helpful and friendly. But Uhaul had to ruin my experience completely. Ontop of the agreed upon price I signed to i then unexpectedly got charged an additional 56 dollars. I dont know about you but a $200+ rental for 20 hours seems ridiculous tried to contact support but waited 30 min to no response.Leonardo Z.

Phone app worked better for check-in, although it was really tedious taking so many photos to complete check-in. However, I did not see a drop box for the keys anywhere. It was during the day, so I was able to drop them off inside, but don't know what I would have done if it had been after office hours.James S.
This has nothing to do with the pickup location of the two rented trucks. This statement is for the prior truck I reserved ,a larger truck 3 weeks before needed, recieved a text two days before pick up the truck was available to pickup at a different location 55 miles away. Tried contacting uhaul on 1800 number, no answer, tried calling branch where truck was supposed to be picked up in spanaway WA for 30 minutes,no answer. Drove to the branch to make contact, kid sitting on stool playing on his phone, co worker outside making out with girlfriend/boyfriend. Had asked if anyone works at branch and knows how to answer a ringing phone. Blank stare, asked on reserved truck, unable to get any, non in the state. Cancelled reservation, got a truck at Penski, had to rent the other two from uhaul Unwillingly due to additional items. Long story short, if you reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance , it better be at the location. Have rented trucks/ trailers in the past with uhaul when they would have the truck moved to the proper location for customer pickup. People have a timeframe and dependant on moving plans. Heard same experiences from others since this rental.MARK M.

ALWAYS LEAVING ONE PERSON TO DO IT ALL!? She was very nice but overwhelmed. I find that this location and alot of storage places only employee one person for desk, rentals and storage units. So when your trying to check in or call, someone is always gone from office with a note on door because they are off showing someone a storage unit or truck. Its not employee's fault, in fact I can sympathize with employee....its the owner's fault for being cheap and not running a better and smooth operation. Ive Managed rental moving truck places in the past for many years and I also was a one person show. I see nothing has changed in so many years, owners and big management still are not getting it!Tim H.
We rented a 15' truck for an in-town move. Estimated cost was around $90, actually cost for all day was $62. This included the rental of two hand trucks. By moving boxes ourselves we saved well over $1,000 and had the movers move the furniture and large items. Friendly and helpful staff. No complaints - highly recommended.Kevin W.

Location said it was open when I looked up times and called. Once arrived, location had a large neon open sign that was on but the door was locked. A small sign said they would be back at x time but was over 60 minutes later. Truck was extremely dirty on the outside. Tow/Haul would not turn off.Cory B.

I was told that the card required would be a â€œholdâ€ and was assured I could pay for the truck charges when I dropped the prick off at the destination in Nevada. When I got to Nevada to pay I had been given another customers paperwork. Where is mine , who has my personal information ? There was no storage space at the return location so I had to unload at another location a couple days later and was then informed that the card had been charged the day I picked up the truck. Apparently the charge had nothing to do with the miles driven. This has been a HUGE mess. Caused much DISTRESS fir my daughter and I. And after over 2 hours with customer service I still have not gotten an answer to my questions no has the problem been resolved nor has your band card depacalked me as I was promised by customer service. I have used U-haul menu times over the last 30 Year's and Never experienced such a mess. This is Very annoying that there seems to be no attempt to resolve the issue.Carolyn K.
