Person who answered my call was rude and at drop off they did not help in unhitching the trailer or inspecting the trailer to make sure all was good. They were to busy with their own personal business.

I had to walk to the back of the property to retrieve my truck where I then had to dig the trailer I was to take out from the back of the line and hook everything up. No help, Very unimpressed.

I rented the trailer at 7 o’clock in the morning returned it by 2:30 if not earlier, message the owner that I returned the trailer at that time for whatever reason the receipt shows that I turned it in at 7 o’clock now I’m being charged double and charged for some type of moving pads that I didn’t even get called customer service and till now they have not reached out to me

This location was about 30 miles from my destination and there were many other U-Haul locations in between me and this drop off location and this wasn’t even a U-Haul place. It was some dude’s equipment yard. I scheduled my drop off to be in Marysville and somebody changed it when I picked the U-Haul up and I didn’t feel like going through your shitty app to change the drop off location.

To pick up truck and office are too different locations to where i have to call the company five times to give me an idea where to pick up truck and no one there to help. needed explanation on charges but was told to call uhaul... Rates are way off from original quote. The whole renting experience was terrible.

I will be filing a complaint against this location and another in the region due to a systemic disregard for safety and poor customer service. The way this facility operates will get people hurt if it hasn’t already. I will strongly recommend anyone looking for a truck/trailer rental not to rent from these Northern California retailers.
