At first there was an entire issue when I picked up the car about the level of gas that was in it and they were trying to say they gave me a credit already, but I hadn’t even rented the car yet. Apparently they were talking about the previous renter, the inside of the vehicle was really dirty when I picked it up Then when I extended the contract for another day because as moving, does things and not go as planned they try to insist that I had a quarter of a tank of gas to begin with, which was not the case. They very much gave it to me empty with the gas light on probably because the gas station they want me to buy their gas All in all I will probably never use a U-Haul again because of my experience with marathon

This was a gas station. The attendant knew more about helping gasoline customers than about U-haul. Everything had to be explained to him!

I returned the U-Haul truck at 3pm. I thought I was going to be back by 2:30pm. The person I was working with never mentioned if I did not arrive back by 2:30pm that I was going to be charged for 2 additional days. I should have told them I would be back by 5pm to give myself extra time. I will never rent from this place ever again and I highly recommend folks not to rent from here. They are running a scam.

The customer service is very poor the guy who’s name is Abhi they give us worst service ever.I was talking to him he was continuously on his phone call with there family and i need truck for 24 hours and he changed my time to 9 am but my actual time was 8:30 pm he charged me two days for truck i will never recommend this gas station to friends and family

The clerk didn’t know what he was doing. Didn’t check equipment. Previous users left stuff in it.
