The contact number U-Haul sent me for this locations to be corrected. It’s the number for the convenience store, but they don’t have anything to do with renting the U-Hauls. I attempted to call there the two days prior to pickup and the person answering the phone kept telling me to call a different number, but couldn’t tell me what number to call. When I made the reservation over the phone, I was told I would receive a follow-up small from U-Haul confirming the reservation and if I needed to make changes, that’s when I would do it. I never received that phone call. I showed up around 1045 to pick up the U-Haul. There were two 26’ trucks in the lot, but no one from U-Haul. I then learned that this was a mobile pickup. The lock on the key box was very difficult to open. And I had reserved a dozen blankets and they weren’t there either.
