It snowed the day before- when we went to pick up the truck- it was still covered in ice and snow. We did not have an ice scraper- so we had to go back inside to ask for one. They hunted for awhile and finally found one= and then we cleaned the truck off ourselves. They did come check on us. But the truck was not ready for pick up at our time of arrival.

Mike SOrdered truck for 5am start and person didn't open doors until 6am which absolutely destroyed my deadline and the reason I picked this place. When I returned vehicle, person said he would discuss it with his contact and its now been weeks and I havent heard a dang word. Not happy at all.
