The van was dirty and there was garbage left behind from previous renters. The ABS light was on the entire time and every few miles the van would shake.Stefany N.

The van needs to be serviced, the whipper were all broken it was snowing so i didnt see well, no snow brush eather. At 80km/h the steering wheel shook so bad i thougjt i was going to loose a front tire.Patricia-Ann P.
The tires were so inadequate that I could not get to the destination because of a SUPER MILD hill ... If there was 1 inch or even any snow, the truck would not budge ! Service lights were on, ABS was not functional. So, maybe in California it would have been ok But in Canada, winter NO WAY !!! If there would have been ANY snow on the road, I WOIUL DHAVE BROUGHT IT BACK, it was so dangerous. I DID NOT have a choice in using it. But I DO NOT Plan on reusing your services. The whole thing was one irresponsible rental, you should NEVER rent a vehicle in this state. Had I been stopped, I think the cops would have taken it off the road. So, the good thing is that I have proof that my heart is in a good condition as this level of stress didn't kill me. But I have never been that worried in a rental. I was charged 179$ when the estimate was 128$. I used 400 km for the estimate but only drove 288 km. I brought the vehicle back with more gas than when I picked it up. Feels like false advertising and think the invoice should be corrected.Daniel N.

Super convenient. The vehicle was a bit dirty inside but it wasn't a problem from a hygiene perspective; I just didn't want to be stuck having to clean up someone else's mess at the end of my move day. The online reservation thing was an absolute nightmare. I had around 15 different combinations of texts and emails, many with different days, times and vehicles to pick up. Of course, none of that was in the control of the actual the store people.Melissa R.

Service en entier de la part du personnel en place laisse Ã dÃ©sirer. Ne parle ni bien l'anglais ni le franÃ§ais. Nous a fait patienter de longues minutes car elle devait s'occuper du dÃ©panneur. Avons ramenÃ© le camion et remis au mÃªme niveau l'essence mais elle a Ã©tÃ© arrogante en mentionnant que le niveau Ã©tait plein ce qui Ã©tait faux, il Ã©tait au trois quart. J'ai dÃ» contacter uhaul par 3 fois au tÃ©lÃ©phone pour qu'il puisse m'offrir de l'aide. Le client avant moi Ã©tait en retard et personne n'a donnÃ© d'explication ou d'excuse Ã mon Ã©gard. Il a fallu que je balaie l'arriÃ¨re du camion avant de l'utiliser j'ai du mal Ã croire que la cabine est Ã©tÃ© nettoyÃ©e avant que je le fasse moi mÃªme je trouve cela trÃ¨s moyen en temps de pandÃ©mie. il n'y a eu aucune vÃ©rification du camion au retour, alors qu'il Ã©tait bien plus propre que quand je l'ai pris. Vos contrats sont trÃ¨s peu lisibles trÃ¨s mauvaise qualitÃ© graphique et confusion entre les unitÃ©s mÃ©triques et impÃ©riales.Laurent P.
I was surprised with the online contract. It was simple and clear. No time wasting. Good job. The only major thing for me, you should have a secure app from where we can send you the picture of the driver license. I didn't like that someone behind the desk of a corner store takes a picture of my ID with her cellphone. That's how identity fraud happens. I asked to delete after the transaction but even then, she could easily restore the deleted picture from the cell trash.Kodjo A.
Very disappointed overall from thÃ© false reprÃ©sentation of your rental fÃ©es and standards I have rented before elswhere and thÃ© Price quoted at the beginning should be thÃ© final Price With exception to the km As for thÃ© renter it was long before I could actually take the truck, I had to remove the snow off of it myself and i have no idea if it was sprayed down with antibacterial before. Nothing was said and it didn't seem to be a concern Elsewhere they do it in front of you before you get in . I expected to get less service because I was paying less but in the end my bill was the same price as elsewhere Needless to say I will go elsewhere in the futureCindy M.
