I arrived to the location with a reservation and had to wait 45 mins to an hour. I located the truck myself and stood there. Neither person knew at all how to issue me the keys and one of them kept saying there was a problem with the UHaul website which I knew was untrue. He kept insisting I would need to go to another location but I had walked there from the train and after an hour there was no way I was leaving without the truck. I had also scheduled my time with the truck and adding an hour of waiting unnecessarily made me late for the appointment I had to use the truck for and cost me about $35 in extra Uber costs at the end of the day. Overall a horrible experience and not what I expect from UHaul. This location should not be part of your fleet.

The place was grungy at best. They didn't have the van I requested and the truck I did get had less than 1/2 a tank of gas. The customer service experience was rough at best. Reconsider continuing to use this location.

Picked up the U-Haul for a 1 way transport the batter died multiple times made it unusable. Want a complete refund… the car even died at the gas pump were I untimely had to the leave the U-Haul.. and you charged me a extra 8 dollar when I wasn’t even able to start thr truck the even see the gas level accurately. Horrible customer service

Forced to pay for things I never got . I would never use this location again . Truck was not prepared or clean

It was a small location but I was able to fuel up there and the check in person was wonderful.
