Daisy JThis was a satellite drop off location. At first we thought it was the wrong place as it was in the convenient store parking lot. Again the mobile app wasn't cooperating and then just went totally black several times. So had to keep redoing it.

Nathaniel WTerrible experience. Showed up and the equipment that I paid for wasn’t there. Still had to pay for it. And then U-Haul called me and asked for an extra payment because they didn’t know that I paid the place that I picked up the truck from period…. Would never do this again..

Ramiel UDrop truck off. Personnel was given keys and reviewed truck. I got a call from Uhaul the next morning stating truck was not checked in. The person on the phone was very rude. I told her truck was returned. Later that day I got another call from another rude person stating truck was not checked in. Explain again that truck was returned around 6 pm. I had to drive back to location called UHaul again they called personnel and he checked truck in. This was the worst UHaul experience I have ever had.

Lea CI was charged 20 for a late drop off when I dropped the equipment off at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday. The staff wanted me to pick up the trailer and park it for them. They were very rude and unhelpful. He told me he was going to charge me for not parking all the equipment for him so I did my best to park it all where he told me too. He still made up bogus charges. I will no longer be using uhaul if these bogus charges stay on my card.
BENJAMIN HHad no gas I filled to the level I got it and took a picture. Paperwork is saying it had more gas but I corrected them when I picked it up
Senna IMy 2-months standing reservation in Norfolk was cancelled the day before I needed it, and we had to search for 30 minutes to find a new location 60 miles away. While your franchisee in Richmond was very helpful and courteous, this was the worst (read:unsafe) neighborhood I’ve been in for quite some time; I was scared the entire time. Honor your reservations!

SHARONHARGROVE Kthe guy was clearly new to this and while arguing and dealing with store customers, we waited 45 minutes to get the keys, the didn't have the packaging materials and told me they would refund me at the drop off location but there was no one there and I emailed uhaul and never got reimbursed plus my furniture got scratched up, hen he did not know how to take off the hitch but luckily my boyfriend knew how to
Hidaia SThe store clerk seemed polite, but had too many other responsibilities to manage at the same time. I had to hook-up the trailer myself, install the chains, inspect it, and make sure the lights were working, etc. The clerk remained inside to care for few other customers that entered the store, as he had to padlock the store each time he walked outside.
Randy NIn a very poor part of town. No internet connection to complete check in. Numerous people approached car asking for money.
james rThis was a convenience store with a clerk in a neighborhood where drug deals were going down. There was NO personnel there to assist. Fortunately the store clerk helped us get it off our car at great risk to himself. We would still be there if not for him. UHaul has once again put us in danger with bad equipment. Will NEVER use again.
