The store clerk is late I had to wait 45 minutes outside because she’s late to open the store and when she arrived she’s rude to everybody who’s waiting for her never again in this location.

Did the online check in and went to get the keys but the lady made me wait the entire 30 minutes after other people's check in completed.

when I was starting to put my things in I noticed that there were roaches in the box of the truck honestly the trucks were disgusting I I was going to bring it back but I already got the truck there's nothing I could do so I bought two cans of raid and sprayed it and left it over night hope fully my my new appointment don't get roaches I told the man when I got back but he acting like it normally to c that discourage me to even from calling U-Haul and complaining at that point I just want to finish and go home

This was my first time , they didn’t told me that i need to fill the fuel . Once i return the truck they told me to fill the fuel so it cost me some extra miles on the reading..

Not good customer service. I was charged extra for the fuel even though I filled the gas. When i went back to the shop to complain, the shopkeeper told me that I will get a refund of the extra money charged. It been a week, still no refund and tried calling them and nobody is answering. Literally a SCAM!!!

I was appreciative to obtain a rental truck on short notice and the rental operator was very pleasant and professional. I was able to successfully commute and perform the move however I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the truck. Understandably these 10' box trucks are old models, however it felt grubby in the interior, dashboard warning lights were on, windshield wipers need replacing and quite a bit of wind noise through the driver side window when on the highway.

Door lock of cargo was broken and I have been stopped by 2-3 cars. I have suggested not to drive vehicles it’s dangerous for others. Then shop keeper did not even inform that lock is broken and not got the any extra things to keep it close.

I was disappointed that my reservation changed the day of but it worked out alright in the end. I was compensated for the inconvenience. The convenience store owner was nice and lovely. The patking lot is a bit too tight, so maneuvering the van was a bit difficult.

The van stunk like crap.We could not find out were the smell was coming from. Also it was dirty ,I mean dirt all over the seats.Pease make sure that the van is clean and has a pleasent smell to it,

Everything was okay but when I checked the receipt they charged me double. I picked up the truck at 4.45pm and told the lady working there that I’ll return it within 2 hours. I returned the truck at 6.40pm and told to do the post inspection and calculation. The lady on store told me that her husband will come and do the inspection and told us to drop the key and go. At around midnight I received the receipt and they charged me until 10.30pm and doubled the charges which is totally unfair.

worst experience ever… the whole truck smells really bad and loading area was all greasy … have to put poly paper under my furniture and mattress

The location seems to be okay a bit sketchy but friendly store owners. The 9ft cargo van i rented was completely disgusting, the interior was filled with garbage and food debris, the whole truck had a bad smell to it and got worse when a/c was turned on. I usually rent at the uhaul company it self on kingston but this time had no other option because i needed to move some things in a hurry. Next time wont be going to a convince store.

This location charged me extra for fuel even though I returned with the same amount of fuel. Secondly, tire pressure was low and I already asked the representative and he said he will add discount when I return it. I am not satisfied with this location and I need my money back.

Make sure you do not book someone for truck rental before the store opens since they cannot leave the keys in the lock box. I had to wait an hour and a half after my reservation time to get the keys from the clerk.

Really old truck. There is an issue with starter . Needs to be fixed. I was stuck in cold freezing temperature

The cargo van was filthy - several personal items left over from previous customers. Certainly wasn't sanitised. The people were nice and let me extend the rental a bit, but it was obvious that the UHaul operation of their store is not a priority.
