JENNIFER B.The truck was dirty, not terrible, but the windshield inside and out was dirty, the floors had not been swept/vacuumed. The center console had a sticky substance. I had requested a Dolly, no there was none in the truck. I had requested moving blankets and there was Non available. My spouse had to drive to another location, where they had some blankets but not enough. Lastly, when the individual hooked up the car dolly, he did it incorrectly. When I stopped to do a routine check the driver's side strap had come loose and was not on the tire. I had to remove and redo the hook up.

russell M.Didn't notice the A/C was out on the uhaul , the workers must've been let others ride in the uhaul with no AC . They told me that they couldn't find a Uhaul for me and that I would have to keep that Uhaul . The Uhaul place that's called C&S Unlimited the worker was very nice , Truck was filled on full everything was cleaned , Explained to me how to put the tow dolly on the truck as well .
ALEXIS H.I have rented many Uhaul trucks before and this location had the most thorough and detailed explanation and walk-around vehicle inspection of any location I've been to before. Very impressive and helpful. Their check-in process was quick both picking up the truck and returning it. A quality and well pleased experience all around.

GERALD O.Truck does not ride smoothly, my lower back is killing me. Truck was well packed and tight. BUT, the rough ride damaged and broke lots of my things. Very disappointed. I took a huge financial loss. The cat hair between the seats and in the truck was absolutely disgusting. Overall, I'm not satisfied.

Dedric B.I had to drive 44 miles round trip because even though I reserved my equipment 1 month in advance they didn't have my equipment at my chosen location. This cost me gas and time. I will never use Uhaul again. I was not even offered any compensation.
