David WThe truck smelled strongly of horse manure. We had to put some food items in it and the smell was awful. There was only one truck to choose from so we didn’t have a choice but to keep it. Luckily we didn’t have far to drive but it was terrible. We rented the truck to transport items for our nonprofit‘s fundraiser with a bunch of basket raffle items and we felt like we smelled and everything we transported smelled.

Teresa AOverall, A pleasant, smooth transaction with a 9' Cargo Van that had only 11,000 miles on it. It did need to be swept out after last user had items with glitter that was all over the flooring.
John BThe mileage was 5866.6 when I picked it up. You rounded it down to 5866 for billing, thus, overcharging me. I returned it at 5894.9, and you charged me for 28.9 miles. I rented the same truck a day later with the odometer at 5894.9, you rounded it down again to 5894. AGAIN, overcharging me. Suspect Business practices !!!! Veh Tax incorrect, and is an overcharge. You need to refund $6.50 to my card. Thank you, and stop double charging customers...you might get reported.

Iryna KTruth be told i dont want to recommend this place because I want to keep it my little secret. After dealing with crap uhaul vehicles and the crappy uhaul app this location was a breath of fresh air. Customer service, even though she is not a uhaul employee, was top notch. You want a template of how things should operate look no further than this location.

RICHARDM JOn Thursday, I WENT the Middletown location to reserve a can for the next day. Friday morning I go back to the location and was told I had to go to A storage unit in Morganville to pick up the van. People at Morganville location were very courteous and had nothing to do with this error. I had to drive an additional 40 miles to get the van. Miles which I was charged for. I want my money refunded. Total incompetence.
Albert PI did not authorize the 10.00 insurance fee yet I will billed for it.
