The location is unmanned. The lock box where you get the keys is under a poorly lit stairwell, infested with mosquitoes. It took us an hour to complete the check in process. I am not renting from a self service location again.

No one was there during business hours, dropped the key in the box and and called the uhaul 800 number. To let them know I was dropping the truck off.

Rafal TThe problem with this location is that if you add utility dollies and furniture dollies, they do not add to the truck, and since this is a mobile pick up only location, there is no office you can visit during business hours, you are left without it. To make matters worst, even if you point out to them during your mobile pick up that the items are missing, they still charge you and you have to call them to try and get the charges off.
Ana DMake sure you only get charge once. I was charge twice two different cars. I called and spoke to person and she was suppose to fix it and call me back and now I can't get in touch with her and she hasn't called back.

OREN GNone of the keys were in the lock boxes for the small box trucks. It was showing they were available and there, but they weren't. Some of the codes for the lock boxes didn't work, and the ones that did work were old hard to open, and had bugs and food inside. Very nasty. Because of this I was outside in the dark, for hours, with all type of weirdos coming. Anything could've happened. Big safety factor for me. The truck was not properly cleaned. It looked like someone spilled something of a dark matter in the cup holder area and the floor needed to be cleaned. The gas was left at the line before E. The biggest problem is the safety hazard being that the location is dark, those keys were to be accessible so I can in and out instead ou waiting around while predator prey on me seeing that I'm outside, in the dark, and alone.

Saulo FThis was a bad experience overall. There was nobody on site, everything was to be done via the app which is fine if everything is smooth but it wasn't. I paid $7 for a furniture dolly but when I picked up the truck it wasn't in there. Thankfully my movers had their own. I picked up the truck with 7/8's of a tank of gas but the agreement said full. I took a picture when I picked up the truck to prove the gas level was 7/8. When I returned it I did leave it full since I didn't want to be charged but that's not right. I tried to call to clear this up but nobody answered. I left messages and still nothing. I'll never use a Uhaul that doesn't have actual people on site. This was a terrible experience.

Tamera GCalled and scheduled with the 1800 phone service on saturday at approximately 3PM. Returned the vehicle next day at 3:40PM approximately. I was charged 300 dollars to no resolution. I only agreed to a $29.00 dollar 24 hour rental and a $7.00 dolly rental fee. I returned the gas to the correct starting point and was never given return instructions. I called corporate 1800 Sunday to ensure verification of delivery of truck after service. Again my total was over $300 and i should have only been charged for 1 day and $7.00 dolly fee. Nothing else. I am reporting this to the bank if this is not rectified within 14 calendar days. I will also be investigating the process for third party rentals to ensure proper business practice.

The location manager is the one running this place not some employee who has not interest in the company or how it’s doing and she was amazing, full of energy and extremely understanding of people needs.

Melissa QIt's misleading to allow customers to choose mobile pick up for this location. Upon arriving to this location, I was unable to utilize the app to complete my mobile pickup. Instead, I received an error message claiming that I had to call some 1-800 number to complete my pickup. Since the location was supposed to still be open at the time, I attempted to go to the actual office to find out that no one was there. Upon calling the number on google maps, the person who assisted me sounded like they were driving around with their child. I was told that I was going to have to open the lockbox containing the keys so I can get my truck's key. The lockbox was extremely finicky and it was difficult to put the lock back on. Once I finally got into the truck and started it, the truck had only 30 miles worth of gas left. The drop off process wasn't any better. The app requires you to take multiple pictures of the truck and it kept deleting my pictures whenever I would get to a certain point. The entire process was extremely infuriating. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Andre AMake it so that the truck is where it’s supposed to be. Came to pick up a rental and it wasn’t there then had to travel over 10 miles to get another and they wouldn’t even compensate me for a mistake that they made. This is in Sunrise Florida, it was truly a bad experience.
