The location was fine and the customer service was really good. The problem was your app It timed out several times during check in so I called the contact number and the guy took care of it. They are stuck with whatever trucks they get so the door lock on the drivers door with the half ass repair after someone tried to steal it isn't their issue. Check in was another mess mostly because of the app but partly because fuel level had been miss recorded or fuel had been stolen. I took photos of before and after and only drove 12 miles total I put a gallon of gas in and the fuel level was back to where it was when I got the truck and you app STILL wanted to charge me an extra 30 dollars for gas. Which prompted a second call to the operator who again handled everything very well but, if you app worked better I most likely wouldn't have had to call them twice on a Sunday.
