When we arrived, they told my husband to hook up the trailer. We refused for liability reasons. Upon trying to return the trailer on Monday, this location was closed - called texted - could not reach anyone. Had to leave the trailer at the rear of the store - took pictures to verify. Then had to call 2 different UHaul numbers to let someone know it had been returned so we weren't charged for the day the location was closed. Won't use this location again. Prefer to use the UHaul locations with staffing.

Added extra items for more money that I didn’t request
WILLIE FThe lady was very nice however after confirming three times, once before the pickup and twice that morning, I was set for a mobile before hours pick up, turns out I wasnt and had to wait until they opened. Not sure who dropped the ball.
ANTHONY GDid not have the additional things I ordered and no one communicated this to me. If they didn’t have it. It should have been updated before I arrived so that I wasn’t charged. I had to put my card info in before I even knew what truck was mine to check for the additional supplies.
