VICTORIA YTHIS IS A BAIT STORE !!!! Not a manned return center which is what I ASKED for in Georgia where I moved from!! If I could I would give a NEGATIVE 10 star rating. I’m old Army and have never had this much CRAP!!! I’m definitely telling all the family and friends from my 30 years of ARMY to have U-HAUL black balled as MILITARY unfriendly and that these 2 sites should be SUED as violating my rights under American with Disabilities Act!!

ERICA WThis was difficult to navigate what to do and who to speak with. The customer service rep was very rude as well. This cost much more than quoted as well. Very unsatisfactory and would not use again for any reason
BIANCA SThis location is based out of a run-down convenience store with a couple trucks parked in the mud out back, and a drop box nailed to a tree. Nothing about the listing stated that installing an app would be needed to pick up the vehicle. Also, the cab of the vehicle I rented was dirty at the time of pickup. It was mentioned to the employee who said not to worry and just return it in the same condition, but shouldn't the vehicles be clean before they are rented out? I wish I had gotten that in writing, because I was charged a cleaning fee based on the condition of the cab. I will never use this location again.
MATTHEW AThis location is very dark; not ideal to go there after the sun sets. Parking area where trucks are located is very muddy. Very difficult to take photos of truck when it is so dark. And when the photos don’t show up clear, there are problems with posting them to online app.

Greg POffer trucks with lift gates. We would rent a truck from U-Haul that has a lift gate for our business needs. Right now the only option we have is Enterprise or Penske Truck Rental. I know a lot of small business owners that are in the same position we are. U-Haul does not offer this option. Home Depot does not either. Anyway, just a suggestion.
EDWIN MI added an appliance dolly to my reservation and not only was it not included but there was so U-Haul facility, it was a random parking lot beside a run down beaten up gas station that you would see in a zombie movie next to a old school brick gun shop in the hills of Austin. At least the U-Haul trucks were there…
GARRETT BVery dark and not easy to find from the road. In addition, I got charged an additional $77 and not sure what that was even for? I like being able to drop off the vehicle after hours but will choose a different location next time.

Christopher TThe area where the store clerk was dealing with customers was not very clean and was essentially just an additional computer behind a convenience store counter. Furthermore, the store clerk did not understand how to use the Uhaul rental software, leading him to ask me to fill out the forms and click through the software by myself unattended while he rung up customers at the convenience store counter. This was not simply asking me to click "I agree" boxes or confirm information was correct, but actually clicking through forms that concerned the details of my contract and billing. It would have been very possible for me to change that contract information and cause problems. The truck I was given to rent was not in the condition the Uhaul website claimed. This included a crack in the windshield and a large scratch down the side. Furthermore, the truck was rather dirty from being stored in the dirt lot. The furniture pads I paid for to be included with my truck rental were not there. Overall, the experience with the store clerk ranks among the most unprofessional I've had given the amount of money I was spending to rent a vehicle and the importance of making sure the information was correct.
Ryan HThe only issue I had was the site telling me I wasn’t at the location to pick up the truck, but I was. It took me a hour to electronically pick up the truck. Because of that it was too late to get access to my storage units(closed at 9pm) while i had help (just that night) to pack up the truck from storage #1 & had to wait till the next day when I had just my teen daughter and I to move my stuff. Because of that i now have an entire storage unit (2nd one) to load and move another day! However, I would like to thank the worker of the conscience store who was AMAZING and helped me get it checked out online. It should have been easy like the app and site say. Return was better and only took about 15 minutes with the pics and mileage. But i truly appreciate getting a working truck, nice and clean, and available outside of normal hours. Hopefully the location and the checkout starts moving more smoothly: Ty and appreciate you.
