Owner of location was not very helpful, no taillights on the trailer, kept saying it was my truck, but when turning lights on kept blowing the fuse, when trailer unplugged all worked good. Taillights worked good on another rented trailer 2 days before and all worked good with test light. took trailer and only used it in daylight hours.

Don’t lie about where you can drop the trailer off. I was told I could drop it off in Lloydminster and then received a call saying that I was going to be charged as I dropped it off at the wrong location. Total BS

Spoke with clerk regarding lack of cleaning, there was lumps of dry mud in the trailer that needed to swept up prior to loading. Pictures shown to clerk and he was very apologetic.

Computer didn’t work. I had already done the check in online and added credit card and driver’s licence to account. Checking guy couldn’t get computer to work and insisted that he take photos of my drivers licence and credit card to camera roll not U-Haul site on cell phone. Employee failed to attach trailer correctly to vehicle. Brake cable left undone. Trailer tire had slow leak and the trailer was covered in spilled diesel fuel.

Store opened at 9:30 even tho uhaul said it opened at 8. No Dolly's were provided even though they were paid for.
