Read the bill carefully before leaving the store, no matter what the salesperson pressures you to do. Location was clean, equipment was fine, salesclerk was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately he seriously overcharged us for our rental. I made reservation online, for a total of $100. When we arrived to pick up the trailer and blankets, he charged me $150. I questioned him about the difference, and he said, "this is common with U-Haul - they quote one price online and then in person it is higher." I questioned him again and again, and he stuck to that story. He pressured us to just sign the paperwork and get going, so I finally did because we needed the trailer. When I got home, I called U-Haul Customer Service, transferred multiple times before I finally got a person who said, "we'll note your account, but there's nothing we can do until after you return the equipment and file a formal complaint." I then finally received the email with the receipt and breakdown of charges and found that the U-Haul salesperson in the store upgraded our insurance from the basic level that I chose to the next higher level and charged us for 3 times the number of blankets we ordered/received/used. This is highly unacceptable! Hard to argue those charges after the fact. I am not happy and will seriously rethink our options the next time we need an enclosed trailer. There has to be a better option than this rip-off!

Miss poor. And you still haven't credited my account with the $20.00 I goy charged for there lack of room for a 20 footer I had to rent because it was one way. Miss poor performance by a company I paid hundreds of dollars to. Never recommend u haul to any of my friends. Instead I will warn them of your ripoff scams you have in the end. Not the company anybody I know should ever deal with. Piss poor at best

Location only does trailer rentals and where the trailers are kept there is not enough room to maneuver a truck to get the trailer or drop it back off.

Although they had moved from original location to another and the location is smaller and a little harder to navigate, still very satisfied with the drop location.
