ELIZABETH MTrailor did a great job traveling over 1200 miles. Only thing I would recommend is to be able to lock it after it is hooked up to the towing vehicle. The back door locks, but that doesn't do any good if someone can steal the whole trailor.

Tim BI requested and got confirmation for a location. Then I got notification was moved to this one which was 45 out of the way. And then when I got there they location didn't have everything I requested and paid for.

leslie tMy reservation in itself was messed up completely, The inconvenience that I already had to go to the Gatesville location from Killeen location (because the Killeen location allowed someone else to take our truck early morning before we go there) to pick up my U-Haul it also was dirty in the passenger and driver area but also had sand and dirt in the back of the van, and I was told completely wrong information and paperwork was drawn up for U-Haul to be returned on Saturday but the one-way location expected the truck on Friday

Scott RThe return process was a real pain in the rear. We brought the vehicle back during normal operating hours...according to what was on the door, but no one was there. We even ran into a guy who was there to pickup his rental, but he was unable due to the same reason. During the web return process, the website was REALLY slow and it took forever to get it done.

Servando GI have rented several trailers and a truck in the last several months and been pleased with their condition - this particular trailer was more beat up, the clasp/locking mechanism needed some attention. The door would roll up too high, creating a situation that the locking mechanism would engage by accident cause the door to hang on the mechanism above opening level- it required having to manipulate the mechanism by monkeying with the handle and risk injury to your hand as you had to force hand between roll up and roof to clear it. Was just not well maintained but I don’t blame the pick up location for that.

Charles LThe onsite manager refused to allow me to drop off my trailer so it was late and U-Haul charged me a fee for the locations lack of good work ethics.
CHRISTOPHER RThe pricing needs to explained upfront. I had no idea it would cost 99 cents per mile. That is ridiculous! Especially when I had to buy all the gas at 4 bucks per gallon!
Loyd CUhaul told me the office opened at 10. I was there before ten. At ten I called UHAUL and they said they couldn't reach anybody. Josh arrived at 10:23. I told him UHAUL said the office opened at 10 and he responded: "I don't work for UHAUL, I work for the storage company and had to inspect other facilities first. The truck was ready but he couldn't find the key and had to call someone to tell him how to open the back of the truck and get the key. I was supposed to pick up a truck at 8:30 in Temple and was diverted at the last minute to get a truck 40 miles away at Gatesville. The 24/7 phone system was in a loop and just kept taking me back to the "pick up my truck" screen. So my 8:30 AM pick up became almost 11:00 and I was 40 miles farther away from my destination so I was 3 hours behind schedule before I started.

Eugene FI was charged an extra $60 at drop off and wasn't given a reason. It was all done on my phone since it was Sunday afternoon, nobody to speak to. but I wasn't happy about the additional charges without explanation.

MARILYN MGo straight to the place you want to rent from. Don't click on any e mails you might receive. The main office from u haul will have you going out of town to pick one up. For me that was 20 some odd miles to go get one
