Location was very dirty. I smelt like a pack of cigarettes when I left. It was disgusting. Staff was not friendly at all.

The location itself was 1/2 responsible for the less than stellar experience (they hadn't put the key for the truck into the lockbox). The other problem was the u-haul website being down. Which led me to call customer service, who told me there was nothing they could do. Which caused me to call back again and then found a new person who said they could help me (yay) and after a lot of back-end stuff eventually got me to the lockbox code (but then the empty lockbox). So I was then directed to go to a second location where they had a truck (smaller than the one I had reserved) and told I was to use the app to get in. I said it wasn't working, they said it was... I looked at my phone and it wasn't working, I was told "well it should be". Having already spent about 40 minutes running through the revolving door I opted to just say never mind, rearranged my plans, and went back to the original location several hours later when they were open. So in terms of a u-haul experience I'd give it a one star.

your mobile app sucks, the mileage entry was impossible to enter the proper number. I ended up returning on Monday the next day of business and getting screwed out of an additional $20. Thanks for nothing and i doubt you care about pleasing customers at all!

Why cant the tank be full when picked up? It would make it immensely easier for fill up if it was full at the start. Just a hummmmm question/suggestion.

The guy at Muscle Car Concepts where I picked up my truck told me I could drop it off anywhere in Omaha. I said I had to pick a location online and didn't even know where it was. He said to drop it off anywhere but to make sure there was a key return. I took it back he same day I picked the truck up so I had it maybe 5 hours tops. I dropped it off after filling it up with gas. Nobody was at Marty's Auto as they were closed. I have a charge on my credit card for $72.76 with a date of April 30th. What is her for? I want that charge taken off. I took the truck back the same day, what is the charge for? If this is not corrected expect my Facebook page to let friends and their friends know about this experience and Marty's Auto & Light Truck.

The attendant tried to force my disabled uncle to unhook the trailer himself in the snow!!! He was rude and unhelpful, and when my uncle was unable to do it himself, the rude attendant made him wait over 30 minutes while he finished his lunch break to remove the trailer. I plan on writing reviews on every media available on this location. Absolutely terrible, and if this is how U-Haul likes to be represented, then I'm disappointed.

The folks were rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this location to my worst enemy. They expected me to take rental to another location because they had no room. The man in this store is indescribable, unhelpful and a sorry representation for U-Haul. Quite truthfully, it ruined what it was supposed to be a great start in my next phase in life. On top of it I got charged for an extra day (retaliation from him?). The Lady I spoke to on the phone to resolve the issue was an angel.
