Jeremy PThe whole experience was horrible. The guy at the place was just rude and hateful to a woman. Yeah it’s like I didn’t know then charge me for having a hitch. That’s the same size I originally had he basically threatened me and said I didn’t couldn’t rent the U-Haul as I had his hitch and then after asking for an extra day and everything the company is charge me three times and said one and they charge me way before the time was supposed to be returned two days prior so now I have three charges I have to dispute on my card. I have cleaned and took care of the machine. I’m sorry the trailer. I also had expired tags on my trailer, which was just a dangerous to have been that I would ask cough and everything to have. I won’t be running from this place again it is sad. The fact that I rent every couple months or U-Haul on. This is how I’m being treated.

When I was at 513 W Main Street, the app wouldn’t left me return the truck because it said I wasn’t at correct location. It wanted me further down the street. I had to walk a block to the east to begin the truck after-hours return.

Catherine CHave the issue resolved now, however, when I noticed a charge for an additional day, I tried to resolve it at the customer service number. The representative, Wanda, was rude and dismissive. I was telling her when we rented the trailer and we only needed it for hours. My husband went back later the next day to return it through the app and didn't realize that made it look like we had it longer than we actually did. Wanda was literally laughing on the phone while I was trying to resolve the matter being very dismissive and rude. I finally asked for a supervisor who resolved the issue. I wanted to make certain that someone speaks to Wanda as she is severely lacking in customer service skills. I rent from U-HAUL often for my business and have been doing so for over 35 years. I am working in the ER at Bothwell Hospital and noone has time for her dismissive, rude attitude. Hopefully, this will never be an issue for another customer. Thank you.
Trisha MTrailer smelled like cigar smoke. Not the locations fault but UHaul diverted us from a location 1 mile from our house to one17 miles away. Last time I’m using UHaul!

Eric HThe truck was extremely dirty on the inside. There was dirt all over the interior, a sticky substance on the steering wheel and center console. The interior had an odor so foul that I literally could not drive with the windows up. I had the clean and deodorize the interior myself, but at least the next renter won’t have to deal with it. Not to mention, the windshield was extremely dirty almost unsafe to drive as it was covered with bugs that I cleaned off. All of this after making a reservation two months in advance, not being contacted and finding out the day before that I had to drive 40 minutes to pick up the truck. Completely unacceptable. I have rented many uhaul trucks since I move frequently for work and this is the worst experience I’ve had. I’ll probably look at the other truck rental companies for my next move.
john dOnly issues was the uhal truck. Had a check e Engine light that came on then did go back off then I got to my location to load it the on the way to my destination The abs light kept coming off an on

LYNDON EThe hitch on the trailer is very difficult to disengage, it takes special knowledge of how to take it off the ball. We couldn't do it ourselves.

STEPHEN BWell, it would have been nice for someone to be available, but I appreciated the 24 hour drop-off and with help, got the trailer put in place at the location and it was recorded properly the next day. This was in a very small town, so I was just happy it was there!

Karl PBusiness was not open even though Uhaul reservations said they would be. I was a little concerned about just leaving the truck with out turning it in personally, but there were no problems, so I guess it was okay.
