The store owner was super nice and accommodating. He made it easy and painless. And didn't charge me extra for being 15 min late to drop off. Good people! The truck was in excellent shape too. Zero complaints!

When I was at 513 W Main Street, the app wouldn't left me return the truck because it said I wasn't at correct location. It wanted me further down the street. I had to walk a block to the east to begin the truck after-hours return.

Catherine C.Have the issue resolved now, however, when I noticed a charge for an additional day, I tried to resolve it at the customer service number. The representative, Wanda, was rude and dismissive. I was telling her when we rented the trailer and we only needed it for hours. My husband went back later the next day to return it through the app and didn't realize that made it look like we had it longer than we actually did. Wanda was literally laughing on the phone while I was trying to resolve the matter being very dismissive and rude. I finally asked for a supervisor who resolved the issue. I wanted to make certain that someone speaks to Wanda as she is severely lacking in customer service skills. I rent from U-HAUL often for my business and have been doing so for over 35 years. I am working in the ER at Bothwell Hospital and noone has time for her dismissive, rude attitude. Hopefully, this will never be an issue for another customer. Thank you.
Trisha M.Trailer smelled like cigar smoke. Not the locations fault but UHaul diverted us from a location 1 mile from our house to one17 miles away. Last time I'm using UHaul!

Eric H.The truck was extremely dirty on the inside. There was dirt all over the interior, a sticky substance on the steering wheel and center console. The interior had an odor so foul that I literally could not drive with the windows up. I had the clean and deodorize the interior myself, but at least the next renter won't have to deal with it. Not to mention, the windshield was extremely dirty almost unsafe to drive as it was covered with bugs that I cleaned off. All of this after making a reservation two months in advance, not being contacted and finding out the day before that I had to drive 40 minutes to pick up the truck. Completely unacceptable. I have rented many uhaul trucks since I move frequently for work and this is the worst experience I've had. I'll probably look at the other truck rental companies for my next move.
