Because of Snow warning I returned the trailer a day early. When I arrived, there was no one there being that it was Sunday evening. Gates to the facility were locked. Since the you advertise 24/7 returns, they should have an area available to dump trailer. I ended up calling my pickup agent he suggested that I drop the trailer across the Highway on someone else's property and take a picture of the trailer and the drop facility in the same picture which I did. My suggestion is that you either discontinue your 24/7 drop off policy or provide customer an area that is 24/7 accessible.STEVEN L.

The 26 ft. truck we rented only got 6.8 MPG. The driver's side manual window roller handle knob would come off when you rolled down the window. There was a major air leak around the driver's side door where I had to stop and buy weather-stripping to apply or else I would have gone nuts driving it like that for 3 days from Minnesota to Arizona. Also, the check engine icon light would come on occasionally. And, the power steering only worked well if the gas pedal was being used.Phil A.

I drove 35 miles to get the trailer......when I got home i noticed a bald spot on the tire...so calling place back they asked me to come back.upon returning they did put 2 new tires on..that was wonderful.i would like to see possibly a little money back for this.Julie L.

Your website allowed me to reserve at my closest location but switched me to another. Your customer service rep said I could drop off at the closer site at no extra charge. When I picked up the trailer the cost had doubled. I'll think twice before using uhaul again. What saved you was the excellent service Marks provided.Kathleen M.

Hard to navigate lot. Lot is mud/gravel combination and the inside of the cargo bay had dried mud footprints throughout. Staffing is minimal and it took about 30 minutes to pick up the truck once we were on-site.Josef H.

Great people. Just a lot of equipment parked there! Wow! Glad I did not have to drop off here although the sign does say leave it in the ditch if you drop off. That makes it easy I suppose. The location was perfect for me as I was dropping off the contents nearby. The location was not dirty, but it was very crowded due to it being a trailer sales business quite packed with trailers and there was a great deal of snow. The staff that checked me in was terrific.LARS L.

Make sure the lights on the trailers are working before a customer picks up the trailer. This one had been sitting for awhile (buried on the lot) so pulling it out prior to the scheduled time might have been nice too. The personnel on site were thankfully able to manage fixing the electrical issues with the trailer within about 15 minutes.Jennifer R.

My pickup location was moved about 12-15 miles from where requested, which wasn't ideal for day before a move, but workable. Truck was clean but in mediocre condition.Daniel A.
We requested a different location for pickup. We had used them for 2 previous moves and knew they were very helpful in loading the car but uhaul assigned us to the alternate place and would not let us change. They were OK but not what we preferred.Diane D.

My experiences with Uhaul in the past have been absolutely horrible and that is usually because I have rented from places that were strictly Uhaul centers. This was an auto shop that does Uhaul on the side and the way they handle customer service is way better than any other Uhaul service centers I have had the unfortunate circumstance to deal with in the past. I actually prefer to use Penske because how horrible your company is but unfortunately they don't have a presence where I live now. If you would like to improve your service, take notes from these companies because that contract with you. These companies do a much better job than most strictly Uhaul centers. I would also like to say that the online reservation system totally sucks. I made a reservation for a location that was close to me and when I made it the website made no indication that the center was changed on me. The center that the reservation was actually made for was a location almost 10 miles away from me and I didn't realize this until I clicked on the link in the confirmation email that was sent to me. So yeah... Uhaul's customer service really sucks but the auto service center that handled this for Uhaul as a contractor did a really great job, you guys can learn a lot from auto shops like the one I just worked with.Randy B.

The gentleman who received my vehicle didn't know what to do about finishing the transaction and the guy who was the person who did U-Haul is not available. Dropped off my vehicle at 9:30 in the morning and get a receipt for an extra day charge to because they said I dropped it off at 4:30. There's also not much room for maneuverability at the locationEric S.
The right turn signal light did not work (discovered later) and the inside had not been swept out. No blankets were available, and no furniture dollies available. I do understand these things must be ordered in advance at smaller locations.David P.
