MICHAEL TTruck was very jerky, it pulled really hard whenever you hit a small bump. Needed definitely 2 hands on wheel at all time or it would pull you around.

James SA couple engine warning lights came on in the middle of our short move (25 miles), one looked like an oil light and the other an engine valve. The vehicle still operated fine but made us nervous enough to bring it back a day early, and we will need to still rent one for another day of moving. Not sure what could be done to remedy the situation, maybe nothing but it was a bummer.

Edith SEverything went really well and smooth except there was a piece inside the truck that wasn’t bolted in correctly, and my son accidentally fell through it when we were loading the truck. We could tell the first day that it was kind of loose so we put one of our boards on it… That helped for the most part during the whole move but then we took the board out and had to have a last-minute trip without the board, which was a nightmare. It was very scary and my son could’ve got injured. The metal piece falling through and breaking also prevented us from pulling out the ramp properly so we had to get creative and put duct tape on it to pull it up to release the ramp. I think the trucks need to be inspected and maintained better. Very good customer service and friendly team working at this location though, we really liked them. I did think I was only going to get charged for two days, but got charged for three so that was kind of a bummer. I didn’t anticipate to spend nearly $200 on this truck. Only about $90 to $120. Thanks!!

Kevin aI dropped it off after hours, so didn't see anything other than the road and had no human interaction. I had issues with the Uhaul website again, gave me the runaround 6 or 7 times, literally pointing me back to the previous return page, over and over. Once it finally worked and I was able to access the return portion it was easy to use, take the pics etc.
