They left me high and drive at the Senatobia pick up. They didnt have the truck assigned even though all of the paperwork had been completed on my end. Required me to drive 30 miles away to another city (Batesville) to get another truck and that required me to have to drive the truck further and cost me more mileage and fuel. Not a good experience with Uhaul.

David BTire pressures kept going down . Which kept the vehicle pulling to one side after i put air in them . Van needed windshield wiper fluid as well .

KAYLA DHorrible experience. 24/7 reservation and picked up truck 20 minutes after closed. I called 20 minutes before they closed and was told truck and equipment was available. They lied. No equipment was put in truck but I was charged. Also truck was filthy. Parked under a tree and bird shit all over window. I tried to use windshield wiper but no water or fluid. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

DENNIS LU-Haul is charging us for more 150 miles over what we went! I have tried contacting by email twice!! We went no more than 100 miles and are being charged for over 260! I want this corrected
Ann MThe staff was very helpful and nice to work with the only complaint I have is about the u-haul website I’m not sure if it’s all the fault of u-haul or the network connection but I gave up and went to Mary’s Furniture World in person to rent the trailer and they took care of everything and made it pleasant to do business with them thank you!

JENNIE JDo not understand why I could not drop off trailer in Oxford, MS and had to drive 30 miles to Batesville, MS. I was told Oxford was not accepting rental trailer returns because had too many. That is U-Haul’s issue, not mine; but I am the one who had to pay for it. The first return location UHaul sent me to was closed and I called the number taped to the window. After waiting 30 minutes and receiving no call back, I called UHaul again and they could not tell me what I needed to do. Finally, UHaul said to take to Mary’s Furniture World and they could accept the return. So, I had to drive another 13 miles to return trailer. Because U-Haul has logistics issues, I had to spend 2 hours of my time and drive 50 miles at my expense - bet y’all are glad y’all have no competition.
WALTER RUHaul red lined her order for my truck at the last minute. She went above and beyond to make it right. Mary's gets a 5 stars

James MPaid cash at pickup location dropped of at distanation in batesville ms Paper work says I have 60 dollars coming back only to be told they don't do cash back. So I don't recommend Mary's in batesville ms
Donald mI was just un pleased felt as though it was poor communication and that I wasn't able to receive my money back in cash like i was told... I think uhaul needs to have better communication skills...

robert hHorrible experience. We were supposed to pick-up the truck about 20 min from where we needed it BUT the location was changed to 45 min away. When we arrived there was no truck. We had to drive 45 min farther away for the truck. We had to wait another hour for the truck to be unloaded before we could have it. We then had to drive back to where we started. We were given enough credit to cover the gas. No compensation for the nearly 4 hrs lost. We were staying in a hotel so the delay cost us more than just gas. Someone from U-Haul was supposed to reach out but we haven't heard from anyone.

Lucille HI reserved a 26ft truck 3 -4 weeks in advance. ONLY 2 DAYS prior to my move, was I notified that they did not have that size at that location! I had no choice but to use a 20ft truck or drive 30 miles to get one!
