JEFFREY KIf they talk to Tim, he will take good cair of you . But you might want to make to talk to him, the other ones we talked to didn't seem to know what they were doing .Tim took the time to take pictures and make sure to tell me about the insurance.
FRANK SGot charged 20.00 for after hours drop off explained boys couldn't scan QR code didn't have contract was told just drop and go second time we have done this first time no problem second time was charged called explained would just say its on bottom of context explained again was told nothing to do but drop off the lady was rude and would not say anything else but it's on bottom of contract. I will give the boys gas money to take somewhere else to drop off
THOMAS CI ordered a car trailer online to get a 4000 lb tractor that I bought. The order online was straightforward and the trailer was ready to go at Marzuco Electric. It only took about 15 minutes from the time that I arrived at Marzuco till I left with the trailer.
WILLIAM YReservation was made via the app so pick up was before store opened. We had difficulty getting the app to stay up as it started over at least 3 times before finally getting pictures uploaded. Return was also after hours and we had the same issue, finally giving up and having to call back to the store when they were open. Not sure what issue was with the app but that was frustrating and caused some billing issues.

KENSIE CThe completely online pickup process was a royal pain, in fact so much so that if there was an alternative to U-Hual trailer rental, I would be renting from them next. Checkout with onsite personnel was (formerly) MUCH easier and MUCH quicker. I suppose online would make sense if 1) every customer had mobile service at the site and 2) if pictures of the trailer were lit well enough to determine if all prior damage was recorded in the checkout pictures. Yes, I am very disappointed and frustrated by U-haul’s process but pleased, for the most part, with Marzuco although they were not able to help me due to U-Haul’s process.

Jeff BEvery time I’ve previously rented uhaul trailers the employee has always hooked up the trailer. Even when I said it wasn’t necessary. The lady at this location didn’t even come outside until I pulled around to the front of the store and took a couple photos.
Kevin DI returned the truck with over a quarter tank more gas than I was required, you only gave me 111 miles to accomplish the trip and I went 11 miles over and you still charged me $1.00 per mile that I went over even though I returned the truck with over $40 more gas than I was required to. That's pretty pathetic. But today's businesses are greedy and don't care about customer satisfaction the way businesses did 30 years ago. I'll never do business with uhaul ever again nor will I recommend uhaul to a friend. Kind of petty charging me $11 when I left the truck with $40 more gas than I started with.

Roger PAll of your trucks say you can leave the equipment at uhaul any time of day or night. yet we left the uhaul at Marzuco Electric, 206 Progress Dr. Perryville, MO 63775. and they charge my credit card with out my permission a $20.00 after hours fee. if the truck and the paper work both say drop off any time, how can they charge me for after hours. This is very bad business practice if you are going to charge someone extra money, it should state either in the truck or on the paper work that drop off sites reserve the right to charge after hours fee. As no one asked me or told me we waited to the end of the business day to drop off. Had I know that this charge would be place on my card. We would have dropped it off the next day as we still had one more day on our Receipt. This sucks and I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . We regularly rent u-hauls to haul items to our construction site and have never been charged before. When I called to get my money back the lady said to bad, I can do this if I want to. Very poor attitude for a representative of u-haul. Doesn't say much for the company when you advertise not only on the paperwork but in the truck as well, and then charge a service when it is drop off after hours.

DARRELL HAgain, disappointed with U-Haul. The U-Haul App would not let me do the drop off and return. A Human had to do the return/drop off for me. On a good note, the trailer worked out excellent.

John HOriginal email said it would be a 2 day rental. Text received said it needed to be returned next day. At pickup dash light indicated left front tire was low on air. This was reported to individual checking us out. Her response was , can you go to the gas station to fill it up with air?

DENVER VThe location was great, however, renting anything from U-Haul absolutely sucks. There was way too much to do and too many steps to take. The fact that I had to be standing next to the dolly to return. It was ridiculous. I dropped it off and was in a hurry so I went to where I needed to go and try to check it in only to have to drive back to check it in. Plus there are way too many steps for that rental and check back in process. I would probably recommend someone to use another company when U-Haul.

MARK HI'm ld and shouldn't have to hook up your equipment. The straps were rusted. And very hard to use.

Ranae WMy pick up location was moved multiple times, I’d pick a place and get a call the next day saying it was being moved to another location and then it happened again. And again. I was given an allowance of miles below what I would need. And despite having a reservation set with all info needed the person who checked out the truck to me had all the wrong info to where I had to call and re confirm and change the drop off location back to the place I picked originally and not one that would tack on an additional 20 miles.

CALEB BThe lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude threatened to charge me extra for my quote attitude give me the wrong number for the manager so I couldn't call the manager then when I called her back and told me that the number was wrong she wanted to proceed to call me at wire argue with me about how much city taxes were and then it hangs up on me and blocked my phone number so I no longer could call the store back. Worst customer service I dealt with anywhere. I was originally told that all the charges were going to be dropped except for the cleaning charge in the gas charge which would have came out to $43 and then my husband tells me that he had to pay $53 to the whole reason why I even called the Perryville location Pacific her out where the extra $10 came from and she wants to tell me that it $10 taxes. I don't know where she went to school and got her math education but 8% in tax for $43 charge does not come out to $10 and taxes
