The location operator messed up and sent out too many trucks apparently, then he forced me to change my location drop off back to his spot so that he still had a truck or else I wouldn’t be able to take the one I booked. He then cancelled my booking so he could book it himself on his device (I lost the 50free miles uhaul already comped me, but he said I’d save money in the end) then finally after 1.5hours of waiting, him rebooking, and finalizing everything, I didn’t have access to view my booking or manage it anymore since he did it all on his end. The truck drove well. I had to call him to meet me come drop off time. Very nice man just operations at this location are sketchy and not fluid. He did give me 25% off to his auto shop which if it’s ran anything like the uhaul portion, I will be discarding.
