Had a long wait while he did a lube and oil change for another vehicle, then went looking for our furniture pads and dolly. This sight is an oil change station that has a parking lot for Uhauls. Not fully equipped.

I ordered one dozen blankets and was charged such. I didn’t bother counting the blankets when I took the truck. When I returned the truck to the drop off location I only counted 8 blankets. The manager at the drop off location informed me that the blankets should have come pre-wrapped in packages of 6. None of the blankets were pre-wrapped which makes me think that I never got 12 blankets, eventhough I was told that I was given 12 at the pickup location. I won’t recommend this location to anybody for this reason.

My biggest issue was I wasn’t told I would have to do the express check in. No notcie was give. I showed up at 7 am for my reservation but the shop didn’t open u til 8:30. I don’t move everyday so my expectation was for someone to be there for me to get the truck it took a considerable amount of time to call U-Haul and learn about the express check in to get the truck, delayed me more than an hour when I had movers waiting

I rented, and paid 1700$ for a 20' truck and car trailer at my local uhaul in las cruces new Mexico. They made me go 40 miles away to el paso Texas, to a damn oil change place to pick it up. Every person I talked to was rude. Nobody could explain why the truck wouldn't be available at the place I rented it, in my town, in my state. And a day and a half before a 2,000 mile move, the head lady tells me "take it or leave it, it's up to you." The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The transaction process took almost an hour to complete, one person attending to customers. If you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend renting from this location.

I called u-haul to request additional days on my rental a few days before my pick-up. When I went to pick up the trailer, the adjustment had not been made. I also found out at the time that the rep on the phone gave me the truck rate and not the trailer rate. Bank error in my favor, so I thought. I ended up having to call u-haul again to fix my contract as I was charged approximately $400 dollars more than I should have been charged. Albert, at the call center was on point on this one. I would choose another location before I chose this one.

Customer service was great, but the appliance dolly I rented didn’t have a long enough strap to wrap around my side by side fridge. I had to use a ratchet strap to make it work.

Because this rental location is first and foremost a quick-lube auto center, the wait time to pick up the U-Haul tends to be longer than what I would consider normal. That being said, the staff and associates are very professional and courteous, doing whatever it takes to get the rental procedure accomplished. My only other minor issue is that this location had only one dozen (12) furniture pads available, which is what I had reserved, but I feel bad for the next person that was waiting to rent. Also two of the pads were very dirty with what looked like oil & grease. Other than these two issues, this location is the most convenient for me and I will continue to use it.

Equipment was extremely dirty. Windshield was full of dirt, bird poop. Even though equipment only had 19000 miles looked like it was never inspected. Truck needs wheel alignment. After driving it 14 hrs got to final destination extremely tire of trying to correct the wheels. I did not get a package discount even when I rented a 15 ft truck and a car holler.

Was told I would be charged for one day but I was charged for two. I've been promised a call back over 5 times now with no resolution and no call back. Worst rental experience I've ever had. Unless its resolved ASAP, I'm going public with it.

Has nothing to do with the place. Uhaul charged me for 4 days with the trailer I rented because of the distance I went, but I only used it for a day. Maybe someone can say something about this. Charge me the 4 days but if I bring it back earlier I get the money back from the other three days I didn’t use the trailer.

I reserved the truck online for 9 am for 4 hours. I waited an hour before someone could help me. This location is a Master Lube & U haul rentals...there needs to be a designated U-Haul counter & employee or two that just handles the U-Haul portion. The master lube was busy there were 4 people waiting to rent. The employees are overwhelmed doing duel positions.

Was told to leave the key under the seat and lock the door if left over night.. I did that and then was called and told that was not correct. They tried to charge extra... and even tried to tack on the most expensive insurance. Was not happy with this location at all.

Latch that closes back door broke and door opened wide open 10 minutes into our trip. Had to stop in middle of interstate to tie it down with a rope. It was very dangerous

Apparently, the website is not updated with correct phone numbers. Therefore, the guys at that location were clueless about why I was dropping off at that location. After talking to traffic person they allowed me to drop off trailer.
