The pickup process and location were smooth, and everything on that end went well. The main issue was that the furniture blankets I reserved weren’t available. I had ordered 12, but none were provided. Furniture blankets are essential for protecting items during a move, so having them missing creates real problems. I don’t believe this was the fault of the staff at this location—it seems more like a recurring U‑Haul system issue, since the same thing happened during my previous rental when I received far fewer blankets than I ordered. U‑Haul really needs to address this, because the blankets are a critical part of a safe move. Aside from that, the rest of the rental experience was very good.
