The worker went above and beyond to help us adjust the mirrors and was extremely friendly. I will say one shortfall on the truck, is that the side mirrors are not electric, so it is hard to fine tune them. The mirrors were so tight when we got there you couldn’t move them at all, we called uhaul service and the person on the phone didn’t know either and had to call the roadside people, and eventually we figured it out on YouTube you need an Allen key to loosen the bottom of the mirror to adjust it, but then as you tighten it, it repositions the mirror again. For a 26’ truck, you NEED the side mirrors, and the lack of adjusting them was a major safety concern. Especially driving 700 miles for a military move, and with bumps the mirrors would adjust and we’d have to adjust them, that and the seat not being able to be raised to see over the dash, so I had to sit on a pillow to see. Other than that, the truck was great!

MELISSA WHave a return app that has more than just using a phones location to complete the transaction! The location function is disabled on my phone because it's required! Had to wait until business opened back up after the Christmas holiday for them to complete the process. They were very helpful and understanding they made the transaction possible because the app was useless!!

BEAU-WILLIAM BI had originally booked a 4:45pm pickup from a different dealer location (Peach Orchard Road). However, the person thee decided to leave early on a Friday, leaving me and another customer completely without a way to obtain our trailers. I quickly relocated to this location and was able to pick one up here. Very dissatisfied at the first place in Peach Orchard Road, but very thankful that Masters Auto Group was able to pick up their slack. I had a great deal of trouble uploading photos to verify equipment. This process was cumbersome and probably should have been done when checking the trailer out, not via a late issued text message.
RYAN CYou sent me to another location to pick up the truck other than the one I specified, and now you are charging me for the extra miles when I had no control of where I had to go pick up the truck. That’s just not right.
