First of all, I drop off the truck on time. I was charged for an extra day and charged for gas not being half full. Which was not true. I took pictures of the entire truck when I picked up the truck and when I returned the truck including the gas gauge showing half full. Spoke with the guy at the drop off and he said he put in his check in of truck half full on the gas gauge. I filed a complaint regarding this matter and would like a full refund. By the way, one of your agent was rude to me and hang up the phone on me, while I was explaining why I was calling. Unhappy Customer,

William CI had to wait for almost 30 minutes. The truck couldn’t accelerate uphill. I returned back to the office and the owner drove it without restarting the mileage. I went about 15 miles total round trip. The truck only had 1/4 of a tank and then I was told to park it on an incline which affected the gas readings. Then weeks later I received additional charges that are not factual. NEVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THIS BUSINESS
