Dana JVery difficult location to find even with GPS! Agent was difficult to communicate with and unable to answer basic questions about prices, etc. Truck's fuel gauge was stuck on FULL the entire time I drove it, so I had no idea how much fuel to replace. I guesstimated the number of miles I drove, guessed it got around 10 mpg and put that much gas in the tank upon returning truck. Not the best rental experience I've had with UHaul!

ANA BI had to use this location because the site that Uhaul had me go to, Pinnacle Storage, was closed before their posted closing time and they had no trucks in the lot. I did online chat with Uhaul but then that person just ended the chat. So I had to scramble and started calling locations nearby. This place had a 15 ft truck instead of the 20 ft I reserved. I had to make 2 trips moving out because of this. Typical uhaul experience, which is a 1/5 star at best.
DEMIR BMarvelous experience with the representative. He was upfront, agreeable and did his job consciously and conscientiously. Did not get his name.

Allison WMinor point: Would have been helpful to have larger, clear signs on the building/office, which is primarily a Mattress store. We could see U-Haul vans in the nearby parking lot, but was not clear which building we needed to go to. Likely Would have been more challenging after dark.

John CYour website was very difficult to use to drop off the vehicle. The location was not open at the time I dropped it off, and I am thankful you have a mobile option. I tried multiple times to complete it using your website on a mobile device but it would not work. I finally downloaded your mobile app and I got it to work. Maybe direct people to your app rather than on the website.
William MThe interior box of the truck was filthy with cigarette butts, what appeared to look like throw up and the box smelled of gasoline. The truck had no gas in it, 42 miles to empty.
Michael LThe trucks radio was broken, didn't work at all. The back of the truck was very dusty and had scraps of paper from previous rental. It was minor, but should have at least been swept out. Also, when I booked the reservation I selected no coverage, yet somehow when I looked at the receipt coverage just magically popped up even though when I checked in no one asked to confirm coverage or decline coverage. The check in process was also a little shaky. Wasn't sure where to go. Talked to someone they said into the back room. They were very friendly staff. 10/10 on friendliness. But then they just handed me a key, had me sign something confirming gas tank level, without actually going out to the truck and then let me be. No one checked the truck prior to me leaving with it.
Andy CDrop off was easy. Parking was a bit tight but customer service was great and made turning in the U-Haul an easy process.
Derek SI was not given a receipt and was told we could pay on end of trip with a different credit card when we settled out. It appears he charges us that day anyhow, still researching. See notes on drop off section.

Andrew MCustomer service was extremely poor. Employee extremely rude. They overcharge you for miles you didn't drive and gas even if you filled the truck up to full before returning. When you try to get these issues resolved, the old Hispanic man becomes irate and refuses to resolve the issue. I had to call Uhaul customer service to get charges removed. DO NOT
Jimilia BHad serious issues that resulted in loss of property and wages. It was a nightmare and then even when recorded conversations stating someone would contact me to reimburse for losses and I wouldn't be charged, I was not only charged the original amount but an additional billed amount. A lawsuit may insue.

Aaron BThe inter-city distance allowed between Columbus Ohio and Wilmington NC was 732 miles however the trip, with no additional stops ended up as 886, I follow Google Maps directions avoiding toll roads. This resulted in my having to pay additional mileage which I don't think is justifiable.

Thomas GThe oil was completely bone dry. I had to put 5 quarts of oil in it. The check engine light came on 25 miles into the trip. It made a terrible squeal the entire trip. I couldn’t go over 50 mph
DALTON CThe check out office was hard to locate inside and it was hot.
MARSHALL PAs I was about to walk in the door, a man walked up and said I could just leave the key in the box. I said since they were open, I would prefer to give it to someone. He then took the key and said that was it. I asked him how they know I returned the truck, and he said he didn't know, that was just the way they did it. That I was on camera, so thete was proof. Not heppy that there was no confirmation of return. Left too many doors open for conflict.
Susan CPick up was 10 am. The person whom was in charge of completing the transaction didn’t show until 10:30 am. An assistant showed up to work at 10:10 and when entering the Store we asked her if she part of the UHaul group, she said no. 10 minutes enter by and we went inside and asked to if anyone could help us now with obtaining the UHaul and the assistant then said yes I can help you. So while getting the paperwork finalized the manger finally arrived. We final left with the truck around 10:35 am and very disappointed in the service we received in obtaining the truck.
KEVIN BNot related to location-I reserved a 10 ft Uhaul months ago. Uhaul called me the day before to advise they didnt have any and “upgraded” me to a 15ft. I didnt need or want a 15ft truck. It didnt fit in my driveway causing me to have to return 2 days early.
Kelly DThe truck smelled like cigarettes and body odor when we picked up. We had to hop in between 3 different pickup locations before we were able to pickup. Uhaul was experiencing technical difficulties at our location so we had to wait 30 minutes before we were able to take the van. Overall not a very great experience but I do not blame this location.

Topeka HThe staff at the location is very friendly. Truck was clean. My only problem was booking it, it allows you to choose and be charged for extras that were not included. I asked for dolly which was not in truck and was still charged for it even though I stated dolly was not in truck. It may only be $7 but I should not be charged for what I did not have in truck to use.

Charles kThe dealer did not have any handtrucks for rent at all. I didn't realize this until I arrived the morning to pick up the truck. I needed this equipment to move large pieces of furniture by myself. I didn't have many good options because I was notified earlier that the location couldn't fill the order. Additionally and principally, the fuel level of the vehicle was recorded incorrectly in the system. I pointed this out to the agent and was told that she would ensure it was fixed and that she would send me the new contract. This did not happen. When I turned the truck in I encurred a $14 + charge for fuel. I contacted the agent at the pickup location and was informed that she would have the money refunded to me. This has not happened.
Jeremy MI scheduled my rental at 12:30 and was unable to get the key until 1:00 because the location of the truck didn’t open until 1:00

CATHERINE SSmall uncomfortable, back room office. There was an extremely loud personnel on the speaker phone right next to where the transaction and etc. was taking place which made it extremely hard to hear important information that I may have need to know when dealing with said transaction and process. This location does not have ANY extra tools or utilities (ie: appliance dolly, furniture dolly, anything) that was included on the website but there was no mention of the lack of tools on the website. Had to finally go to Home Depot to find a dolly, last minute.
