i reserved a truck to their main location @ wills road in Roseville 2 weeks ahead of time but then they changes my pick up location in differetn times much more hustle and instea dof picking up truck in person i used their mobile app online which the app keeps on bugging"the equipment inside the truck is also not inside the truck so i have to go back in Wills Road location to get ot there"why not just pick up all of it there the truck and equipment in the first place "the agent i speak thru phone also is not helpful

It’s not a parent where to pick up the U-Haul at this location. When you pull up to the front of the mattress store, there is nothing out there and nothing tells you that the U-Haul is out back. Otherwise, it was very smooth and easy.

I will not pick up at this location again as it is not as convenient as the U-Haul location that I use in Rocklin CA. Also, I am over 70 and want to deal with a person when picking up and dropping off. I had trouble using the phone app and it took longer than dealing with the U-Haul franchise rep at a location both for picking up and dropping off.

The truck was dirty upon pick up, the back still had rope, visible debris, and clearly hadn't been swept out or cleaned. I was disappointed that the location had zero U-Haul moving supplies on hand for last minute needs.

Only thing is to have the equipment that customer prepaid for at pickup with truck. Appliance dolly was not available at site. Otherwise great customer service from Jessica.

We were told that only one person handles the U-Haul rentals and they were not available that day. I did not originally choose this location to rent from, I was redirected here because the original location did not have the truck size I needed. The manger of the location was incredibly rude to his employee right in front of me and then to me and told us we would be better off going somewhere else after spending an hour trying to resolve the issues we were having. Because the person that handles the rentals was unavailable we had to call U-Haul for assistance and the person we spoke to before speaking to a manger was very rude and not helpful

We drove past the Roseville Uhaul lot to get to this retail store in a strip mall. Went inside and were told to drive around the back. None of the doors in back are marked except on other store around the corner. Had to drive back up front and go inside again to determine what door was theirs and how they were going to process the return. Stupid way to handle returns! The time was about 6 PM so not after hours. Bad return experience.

When I arrived to drop of the vehicle, a sign was posted on the front of the building; "Return UHaul rentals in back of building and place the key in the Black Box" I think, ok, no problem. However, the building is a giant strip mall type building (about 2 blocks giant). No signage at the rear of the complex indicating what suite was the correct location. I had to drive around twice until I think I found the correct area and there was no "Black box" to be found for the key. I walked around the building to the drop off location front entrance (it's not a UHaul location, it's just a business with in another business) and no black box. Luckily, a person was inside the store; I wrapped on the door, he came over and was a manager for the store, not the UHaul contact. He knew nothing of the "Black Box" for the key and was leary to take it, understandably. He contacted the person who takes care of the UHaul and she didn't even know about the "Black Box". I could go on, however... All in all it took over an hour to "Quickly Drop the Truck off" I would avoid the drop off location on Douglas Blvd Roseville CA.

This is a furniture store. These people shouldn’t be in the Uhaul business. Polite and friendly…but almost completely inept. I’ve purchased cars in less time than it took to process the renting and return of this rental

24 hour advertised but Dropbox had a padlock on it to prevent key drop off. Had to come back 6 hours later to a drop box that still was locked. Location didn’t have reservation so had to sit through drop off again. Would never recommend. Would rather drive 30 miles to the nearest most competent drop off location.
