Improvements to training must be done. After staff connected the trailer to my truck i had to move the truck to finish paperwork and thought the trailer sounded loose. while standing at the back of the truck with the owner/manager i grabbed the trailer by the handle and with no difficulty lifted the trailer off of my hitch. the manager realized when his staff member hooked up the trailer he had not seated the locking nut as far down as it should go. the manager promptly corrected the issue. My issue is not with the staff as they were both very professional and polite, also apologetic when the error was made. This could have gone very bad and expensive had i not discovered the problem before getting on the highway.

This location should be looked into. After dropping off my U-Haul I received two fraud scam texts/calls tied to my U-Haul trip. It’s also in a bad area. I will be calling my bank to look into this. I tried calling the location but no answer.
