the hitch locking mechanism was defective on the transport trailer that i picked up. it resulted in damage to my truck as the hitch popped off when i loaded and unloaded the vehicle i was transporting. you people need to do maintenance checks on your machinery. the person i dealt with at the mattress store did not even come out to help as by his own words he has no idea about how the transport trailers work - no kidding... he runs a mattress store. where is the quaility control??? i will be filing a damage claim with uhaul as a result of this.BARB K.

The attendant had no idea about anything. The back of the truck was super dirty and the light was broken, I had to ask him to please clean the truck. Was at the location as the only customer for about an hour because the employee didn't know anything about U-Haul.Jordan S.

It would be great if we could get approved and upload all licence plate information and emergency contacts before arriving onsite. There was a 25 minute delay in waiting for the code after my reservation began.Rhys D.
The online check in took a long time. Half hour and it took from the 4 hours. The time should begin from when you physically have keys in your hand, not reservation time. Also why is the customer paying for mileage and fuel?? That is double gauging and not right. Even rental cars you dont pay for both.Nettie W.

The gas level is incorrect when I turn the truck key on. It showed haft tank in the document, but It is actually less than half tank.Du Thach N.

The 24 hour service was an absolute nightmare. The person at the location had to help in the end as the reveiw process took forever. Everything else aside from the self check in was great. I won't ve using that option in the future.Oluwadamitan D.

They did not call when said to confirm and did not answer phone so went in person to confirm and on the moving I was told my rental was missing cause they decided last minute to change locations after they confirmed but sent an email. The truck smelt very strongly like cigarettes and it gave me a migraine. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.Cassandra C.
