The owner at Matt's electronics over charge me.We told him we would probably do 90 miles. He charged me for 176 miles. We went from Matt's to Racine 1st trip 14 miles. 2nd trip was from Racine to Milwaukee 25 miles from Milwaukee to Matt's 38 miles. That's 77 total miles.I got charged for 176 miles. I would like a review of this and monies owed me.

The truck was in the best condition for its age. The truck was just old. It had 121,000+ Miles on it. I would have liked a newer truck, one with around 50,000 miles at most. The vehicle drove and sounded old. However the staff are great and friendly and it’s not their fault. They tried their best. It’s just the luck of the draw. Maybe if I picked a earlier time I could have gotten to pick between a few same size trucks. Lesson learned.

Need to have a variety of trucks available for use. The representative used cell phone to process the order. Might want to consider not having this location for uhaul.

Trailer brakes caught fire in the middle of Iowa, Uhaul was helpful once I reached the right person, they sent someone with a new trailer but it took over an hour of my labor to complete the swap then the trailer had only one right light no running lights, plus the vehicle wasn't secured properly and lurched off the trailer after a few miles (it was dark when we did the swap)
Horrible experience will never rent from uhaul again.
