The 20 feeter was acting up it takes a while to crank it need to be checked thanks

Location did not open on time; was completely locked and closed off until 45 min after pickup time. Didn’t answer the phone when called multiple times. Employees tried giving us the wrong vehicle and didn’t give us the our equipment dolly rental.
