Although we arrived a few minutes early for pick up. There was no credible person to help us pick up. This location looks to be a used car lot that happens to have a few U-Haul trucks and trailers for rent. We had to wait for the “paperwork guy” to arrive. We got the trailer hooked up. Overall it was just a strange interaction and a strange place. Especially when there is a very large location less than a mile away, which is the location we thought we were renting from.
