The equipment I reserved was not available (apliance dolly). The operator of the business informed me that the truck I reserved had a leaky fuel tank. When I started the vehicle to check the fuel level it was empty with 0 miles to empty displayed. The truck was parked in the muddiest part of the parking lot. The business operator offered no assistance in resolving the issues.

Marvin TMy original location says no available trucks but I drove pass the location had many, then the location I was told was available it was one with the catalic converter sitting on the ground, no choice but to drive 640 miles with a check engine light on with family, had reserved the trunk but went thru a terrible on line process that was not even aware of until that day, what happened to uhaul, never again, dropping off was alot better, glad it made sounding like a jet the whole trip!

JEREMY KService was absolutely HORRIBLE! I picked up the uhaul Saturday morning returned it Sunday morning to the location that I was told to return it. Several days later I started getting calls telling me that I never returned the uhaul truck. After 3 days of them calling me I’m guessing they found the truck where it was suppose to be because I finally received a receipt. COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE! Never again will I use Uhaul

Kelli DEducate the owners of the Maxville Food Mart. This was the most horrific experience I've ever had. I recently had surgery, lost my husband and now lost my job and had to move. I can't explain the terrible experience I had. I chose Uhaul to avoid any problems. They should give me some of my money back. It was rediculous!
KIM HI was very upset by the way my initial pick up was handled. My reservation was changed from a center where I was supposed to have been given not only the truck but dollies and moving blankets and a furniture cover. The new location not only did not have any of these provided for me, but they also had NO CLUE how to process a rental. At no time did the agent I spoke to on the phone who informed me of my location change tell me that this was a remote pick up and that I should have pre-prepared to get the truck via the online 24/7 services. It took an additional 45 min to get the truck keys than expected and an irate phone call to the service Center at the time. I was completely disappointed in the entire experience picking up the truck. More information, better communication and training for those individuals manning the remote locale needed to be done.
Megan BThe place was mainly a convenience store and gas station with one person working. There was no one to help lift and hook the 6x12 trailer to my truck or take it off when I returned it. This place is not a good representative for U-Haul, I will not be back.

marvin rThe pick up location was not our requested location. It was nearly 20 miles north, in the opposite direction. The truck had a constant metallic noise for the entire 250 mile trip that would not go away. No idea where the noise was coming from, but it really shook my nerves towards the end of the trip. Also, the truck show some while driving. Not a very good driving experience.

Tammy JHad to huck up huge trailer by myself. Under Florida storm rain. Took me 30 min to get it done by myself. Lady didn't want to rent trailer cause she didn't know how. Some guy whom suppose to didn't come to work. I had to pay 110$ to have trailer for 5 hours. Wow you Haul, way to rip off people.
Aziz ATrucks full of fuel, so that when you return the truck at the same fuel level when picked up, you are not charged for fuel. This however was not the original location I requested and incurred a mileage charge because I had to pick up reserved truck from this location. Originally reserved truck from 615 US Hwy 90 W Baldwin, FL 32234 this location was close to my house. Next time I will probably go with a company that has no mileage, especially when I was going one way with no return.

DEWEY MWhen changing pick up location and time should notify customer before 5pm night before. When someone picks a location for pick up its usually for a reason.
CHRISTINA SDirty inside. I cleaned it. Had to ask for help to put on trailer hitch. Then I completed the hook up. No help when trailer was returned. Glad they were open on Sunday.
HENRY HVery Slow Rental Process. Despite having a reservation I was at the location for almost 1 hour tryng to get the truck. All personnel should be trained in the rental process.
Charles WI had asked for 2 large hand carts they were not there. When I turned the truck in the person at the store was not trained well enough to turn the truck in properly so I didn't get the proper recites.
