The truck was filthy, with sticky floors from a spilled drink, empty gas tank and pizza crust in the windshield. The blankets and cart were missing, and at return he tried to ask me what happened to them! They had no idea what they were doing and almost overcharged me when I returned, saying I didn't have enough gas, when it had more in it than when I got it. Very disappointed with this place and the truck they gave me!

Saundra HThe attendant didn’t know how to schedule. He was very distracted on his phone while driving to handle the transaction. It was the worst experience. I was over charged. I had to call U-Haul after I left as he had the information wrong. I spent a hour in the store trying to get a U-Haul. This was not my experience the previous time.
