In the future maybe pave area were vans are parked due to rain & mud. Other than that service was great & personnel was very helpful

JEFFREY VI assumed that my vehicle insurance covered Uhauls but it does not cover commercial vehicles it only covers passenger vehicles. Suggest customer double check with their insurer to confirm coverage, if they are declining insurance because they think they are covered.
VALITA LTeach personnel to lube ( PB blaster) working parts of trailers. RATCHETS, ball latches, doors etc. Should take LESS than a MINUTE to address, lube any areas needing attention!

Vladimir KUpon arrival the clerk said his system has been down I might not be able to get it but he checked and it was up. Instead of him processing my transaction he called someone on his phone to process their card info from earlier. After about 15 minutes of him being on the phone with them he told me that the system went down again. So he tried it again it was back up but the person’s card didn’t go through so he called them back again while I continued to wait patiently. I finally received my rental 35 minutes later after having an appointment. Just as he was taking customers that was coming in to buy goods from him before me, I believe I should have been prioritized over the phone call transaction.

JESSICA R3rd and last time I pickup equipment from here. Check in process was a pain, they kept asking me to step aside so they could check out other folks which lead to a longer wait time. They always give me the oldest equipment that barely functions, this trailer I had had none of the running lights work, was filthy and not swept, wheels were super rusty and wasn't sure if we were going to make it to my destination as maintenance probably was not done either on the axles. The most frustrating of all was that they knew I was coming to pick up the equipment and didn't get anything ready, the trailer was parked behind several other trailers and I had to walk back in and complain. I told him I wasn't going to move it by hand and the owner or manager threw his back out trying to move the trailers out of the way to get to the trailer he assigned me. I think they are slowly getting out of the uhaul business as the equipment they have is dwindling and they have none of the large stuff anymore. So probably yelling into the void here. Save yourself the frustration and don't go here for rentals.
Daniel NOrdered pads, wrong dolly, no pads, truck pulled bad to the left, trash & empty water bottles in cab. Gas mileage was only at 43 mi. (Empty) after being told it was 1/4 tank. Store was continent store busy and not clean. Uhaul was 2nd to store customers.

Doug NThis U-haul location is a basic pick-up/drop-off site without many of the options and equipment supplied at the larger stores. It serves the purpose. The only drawback aside from the minimal equipment is that the parking area is muddy during wet weather. Wear your boots !

Gary CI got the truck and it had the check engine light on and I was afraid my whole trip. I had to keep pulling over because the truck kept getting hot and I didn’t know what was wrong. The tri was longer than supposed to be because of the stopping. Never again will I use this company.

Kandi HThe vehicle was great --- There was a quick turn around from a previous renter returning the vehicle late, so the vehicle did not get cleaned properly, however the location made sure it was "good enough" for me to go and not miss my deadline (which was more important), so I was grateful. They also were very nice, helpful and overall this was a great experience. I can not blame the location for the previous renter not doing what they should have, but I can thank them for ensuring I had what I needed in the time frame I needed!

James VTrailer was jammed next to a tree and hard to pull out, covered in pine needles so hard to tell the condition of the tires and trailer overall, was missing the electrical connector cable we had to steal a spare one off a broken trailer in the lot, Trailer itself had a lot of running lights that were out but was mechanically working... You could tell that trailer had been sitting for months and nothing was checked on it for us prior to our pickup. Overall not a great experience. They didn't have time to confirm our drop off location and time so they just sent us a link to do it ourselves which we had already done before hand online. People were nice however so they got that going for them I guess.
Daniel NThe clerk that checked me in when I returned the truck was overwhelmed. She didn’t know a lot about the process and was not physically able to do the check in of truck. I had to go out and take the pictures of the mileage and gas needle . She couldn’t tell me what my final charge would be. I received an email from them later. I would say that the employee needs more training although she was very nice. Overall I spent nearly an hour turning it in.

Jordan HPersonnel demanded that we park the truck and trailer ourselves in an awkward position and offered no help. We’ve moved several times with uhaul and have never been asked to park it ourselves.

Stephen LDidn't feel comfortable at a store where it was crowded selling alcohol. There was 1 lady working behind the counter. She gave me her cellphone to take a picture of the mileage and gas. When I went back into the store I had to wait back in line behind 6 people that was purchasing alcohol beverages.
