When I went to pick up the unit I had to call and talk to the man , he never came to talk with me or walk around the unit. When I asked about the drop off he said to drop it anywhere and when I asked about if I needed to fill the unit up he said no that U-Haul was responsible for that. Then I was supposed to have the unit for 2 days I had it a day and a half and the people tried to charge me an extra 143.00 dollars more . I personally think that I was over charged and not told the truth about the return and fuel

Bad experience

hayden wPicked up on Wednesday March 4th dropped off on Friday March 6th and the drop off site charged me for an extra day claiming I didn't return until Sunday March 8th and they not even open on Sundays. So I called Uhaul to dispute the charges.
