I was told to go to this different location for the truck I ordered instead of the Forest Park, IL location. I was told there would be multiple options for furniture dolly for me to rent there. When I got there, there was nothing available. I then had to pick up the truck and drive to my orginal location in Forest Park and pick up dollys. Making me late for the arrival of my movers.

This location was very scary. The guy at the mini mart was less than helpful. The truck was extremely dirty and we got charged for a cleaning fee when the truck was not cleaned for us. I find these fees to be outrageous. I will not go back to that location ever.
