I waited over 2 hours outside a laundry mat because this location has no building. I got transferred to 4 different people before someone was able to help me. It was terrible service and had 0 convenience. I had everything set up, and they moved it to promote this new location. In retrospect, I would never use U-Haul again. Very unprofessional and I will not put myself through that again.
